Delivery time for standard items

Orders put before 12 PM, are shipped the same day.

Retention of title

Danish Sign Export shall retain ownership of the goods until the price incl. any costs and interest has been paid in full.

By further agreement and rating. All prices are wholesale net prices for resale excl. VAT and delivery.

Returned goods

Returned goods are only accepted after prior agreement and on your account directly to our stock in Denmark. Due to costs concerning inspection, packaging and working time, a 15% price deduction will be charged on returned goods.Custom-made products can not be exchanged or returned.

Environmental charge:

All orders by DSE contain an environmental charge 3,99 Euro.

We have chosen a fixed environmental charge per order independent of the order size and the delivery address to make it easy for our customers to calculate their expenses for the environmental charge and eventually consider pooling orders to DSE to save charges,which would make sense environmentally.

The environmental charge covers:

- Environmental fees that are imposed on us by our carriers.

- Environmental fees and excise duties based on environmental considerations imposed on imports.

- Correct sorting of waste in accordance with legislation and CO2 taxes.

- Sustainable investments in for example LED lighting.
